If a Buyer chooses not to sign a representation agreement, it is important that they read through the Agency Disclosure Form that every agent is required to provide prospective clients/customers. When representing a customer, an agent is required to act honestly, in good faith, with reasonable skill and care. By signing a representation agreement, a licensed realtor is required to promote a clients best interests and maintain a clients confidentiality.Â
